Terrain Supports Workspace Development Programme
Workspace owns over 100 properties in London with a total value of over £1bn, providing flexible leases for new and growing companies. To support the company’s development pipeline, Terrain Surveys have carried out measured and topographical surveys for several new-build and refurbishment projects.

Terrain have been involved to provide clear and detailed drawings of existing structures, to save time during the design process. For building extensions in particular, accurate measurements of surrounding building heights and window positions have supported ‘right to light’ considerations in the planning process.
