What is your favourite thing about working in your chosen job role?
I really like being able to make a difference. Whether it be using my experience and knowledge to formulate a solution for a client’s project, mentoring and training our staff to help them fulfil their potential or developing and improving systems – its is great to see the difference you can make.
How long have you worked at Terrain Surveys and what does your role entail?
I joined terrain in 2006 and was initially a surveyor. Over the years I have progressed to become survey manager and then appointed to the board of directors in 2019.
